Buying Guide
What should you consider when choosing a refurbished phone deal?
- Unlocked versus carrier-specific: Unlocked models offer flexibility to switch carriers or use in different regions, which is beneficial for travelers or multi-carrier households.
- Storage and performance: Higher storage (128GB) and newer processors provide longer useful lifespans, better multitasking, and smoother app experiences.
- Display and camera quality: OLED panels generally deliver richer color and contrast; camera capabilities impact photo and video quality, especially for social sharing.
- Battery health and renewal standards: Look for devices that have undergone diagnostic testing and battery checks; this affects daily usability and charge life.
- Accessories and activation: Note what is included (SIM card, headphones) and whether a charger is provided to avoid extra purchases after arrival.
