Each seat unit reclines to support longer naps or comfortable viewing angles, while the chassis and wheels are designed to be light and easy to manoeuvre in busy environments. With a high weight capacity of up to 22 kg per seat, it provides long-term use as children grow. The twin side-by-side configuration ensures equal comfort for both children, and the option to add a hood pack increases sun protection for sensitive young eyes. This model is ideal for families needing a space-saving but robust double stroller for daily city life.
GYMAX Double Seat Stroller Khaki
This GYMAX model emphasizes adjustable comfort and parental control. It features reclining backrests with 2-position front and 3-position rear configurations, allowing children to lie back or sit up as needed. The adjustable canopy protects from sunlight, and the footrest adapts to growing little ones. The handlebar is adjustable for parents of varying heights, making long walks more comfortable. Walls of stability come from shock-absorbing wheels, with both front and rear wheel configurations designed for smooth riding and easy maneuverability. A secure braking system helps keep the stroller stable when stationary, making it suitable for shopping trips and travel.
GYMAX Double Seat Stroller Beige
This beige variant mirrors the same adjustable comfort features as the khaki version. The seats offer multiple recline positions with a focus on comfort for both newborns and toddlers. Its lightweight frame aids transportability, while the fold mechanism is designed for quick storage in car trunks or hallways. The front wheels can be adjusted for easier turning, and the rear wheels include a foot brake for reliable stops. The stroller is designed for everyday use, travel, and family days out, with an emphasis on adaptability as children grow from newborns to toddlers.

Each seat provides adjustable backrests and leg rests, and the included Newborn Cocoon supports newborn comfort. Year-round comfort is enhanced by roll-up ventilation panels and quilted footwarmers for colder months. The stroller offers smooth navigation with 360° swivel front wheels, front and rear suspension, and a lightweight aluminium chassis. The design supports both twins or siblings, with a configuration suitable from birth through early toddler years, relying on flexible seating arrangements to accommodate different naps and play times during outings.
Buying Guide: Key Purchase Considerations
- Age range and seating configuration: Look for strollers that support newborns in carry cot or cocoon arrangements, while also accommodating toddlers with adjustable recline and leg rests. Independent seats can help with different nap schedules and seating preferences.
- Width and manoeuvrability: In urban areas, a narrow double stroller (around 69 cm) may be essential to pass through doors and navigate tight spaces. Test steering and turning radius to ensure easy operation on pavements and through shop aisles.
- Weight and fold: Lighter frames are easier to carry and store, but ensure the stroller remains sturdy. Check for a simple, compact folding mechanism that fits into car trunks or storage cupboards without removing seats.
- Sun protection and ventilation: Adjustable canopies and breathable materials help keep little ones comfortable in varying UK weather. Look for added features like newborn cocoons or mesh panels for airflow.
- Car seat compatibility and travel system options: Some double strollers convert to travel systems with compatible car seats, simplifying journeys from car to street and back.
- Durability and wheels: All-terrain or shock-absorbent wheels are beneficial for uneven pavements and parks. Ensure wheels, brakes and suspension meet safety expectations for everyday use.
- Accessories and expandability: Hood packs, rain covers and footmuffs add value, especially for unpredictable weather. Confirm availability of recommended accessories and replacement parts.
- Maintenance and safety standards: Check product safety ratings and cleaning guidance. Durable fabrics and secure harnesses contribute to long-term usability.
